The culinary culture of many countries and traditions are known recipes for various dishes with such a gastronomic combination as rice and mushrooms. Rice Recipe with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- rice - about 300 g;
- fresh mushrooms (white, oyster mushrooms, mushrooms) - about 500 grams (of course, you can use dried dried mushrooms pre-cooked, then you must pre-soak them in water for a while);
- onion - 2 pcs. medium size;
- vegetable oil;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- fresh greens;
- spices dry ground (you can do with ground black pepper).
Preparation
Boil washed rice until ready without stirring and salt water. You can also rinse with boiled water, and then throw it back on a sieve. Peel the chopped onion finely and fry until a light golden hue. Mushrooms, chopped rather finely (but not too much), can be added to the pan with onion and fry, and then cook until ready with the addition of spices, stirring, or fry and put out in a separate pan.
Mix the onion and mushroom mixture with rice. Slightly salted and served with chopped herbs and garlic. You can use this dish as stuffing for cabbage rolls , pies and patties.
If you are unexpectedly visited by guests, you can quickly make a salad with rice , mushrooms and cheese, using ready-made canned mushrooms, pickled or salted.
Salad with mushrooms, rice and cheese
Ingredients:
- cooked rice - about 300 g;
- pickled mushrooms - 250-300 g;
- cheese is hard - about 150-200 g;
- olives without pits - 1 pot;
- olive oil;
- garlic (can be marinated, or fresh);
- lemon juice;
- Fresh greens.
Preparation
Grind to the desired size all the ingredients and mix in a salad bowl with rice. Pour it all with a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice. Garnish with greenery.
Not everyone and not always want to vegetarian or fast. In these cases, you can cook rice with chicken, mushrooms and vegetables.
Rice with mushrooms and chicken
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet or thighs, shanks (can be pitted) - about 600 g;
- fresh mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, champignons or white) - 300 g;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- sweet red pepper - 1-2 pcs .;
- rice cooked - about 300-400 g;
- spices dry ground;
- garlic;
- vegetable oil or chicken fat;
- fresh greens are different.
Preparation
Chicken meat chopped or chopped into pieces that are convenient for eating size. Peeled onions and carrots, chopped finely, fry in oil in a bowl, sauté pan or deep frying pan. Add the chicken pieces and extinguish until the color changes. Cooking by covering the lid
