Rice with mushrooms

The culinary culture of many countries and traditions are known recipes for various dishes with such a gastronomic combination as rice and mushrooms. Chicken meat chopped or chopped into pieces that are convenient for eating size. Peeled onions and carrots, chopped finely, fry in oil in a bowl, sauté pan or deep frying pan. Add the chicken pieces and extinguish until the color changes. Cooking by covering the lid stirring, if necessary pouring water for 20 minutes. Add the chopped not too finely mushrooms and sweet peppers. You can add a gram of 200 young green beans (if frozen, then 10-15 minutes before cooked). Stew for another 20 minutes with spices added. Rice boil separately and drain the water. Mix the rice and stewed chicken with vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.
