Salted cucumbers chopped mugs, and potatoes and carrots are cleaned and shredded straws. Parsley is washed, dried and crushed. In a boiling broth we spread potatoes with cucumbers, cook on low heat for 10 minutes. After that, we put fried vegetables, chopped pink salmon and tomato paste. We mix everything thoroughly, take the soup from the fire, take out the laurel leaf and add the greens.

Separate egg yolks from proteins and rub separately on a large grater. Gherkins combine with egg yolks. We remove the pink salmon from the skin and bones, knead it with fork and begin to spread the salad layers. First we put half of the proteins, then cucumber with yolk, carrots, pink salmon, pickled onions and cover with the remaining proteins. All the layers are lightly greased with mayonnaise and decorated with greens.
