Green coffee

Since recently, green coffee has increasingly appeared on the shelves of stores. We opened this product a long time ago, but it has only gained popularity recently. The point is not in its taste or smell - its popularity is due to its effect on the human body. Some of its ingredients allow the use of green coffee grains for weight loss.

What is green coffee?

Black coffee for a long time no one has any questions. This drink has become traditional dozens of years ago, and is still popular due to its unique taste qualities and, of course, the dizzying aroma. However, coffee beans acquire all these qualities only during roasting. But at the moment when they were only collected and dried, the grains have a green color, a grassy smell and a damp, elastic structure. This is the green coffee that is offered to use for weight loss.

Green coffee for weight loss

It's no secret that roasting changes the composition of products, often killing the most useful of their components. So it happens with coffee: during frying the content of chlorogenic acid is significantly reduced, which allows to accelerate fat metabolism and makes coffee an effective additive for weight loss. In addition, caffeine in green coffee is slightly less than in conventional, but this quantity is enough to stimulate metabolic processes.

Many believe that this alone is enough to lose weight, and begin to take coffee, maintaining their usual diet. However, if you are overweight, eating the way you eat now, it only says that you have excess food. And until you change this main factor of your excess weight, even the best green coffee for weight loss will not bring bright results. But you should stop fast food, fatty foods, reduce the consumption of sweet and flour, and you will soon notice how your figure changes!

Green coffee - cereal or ground?

Before you buy your first green coffee packaging for weight loss, it's worth determining whether this is exactly the option you will use. Now there are three, as in the case with the usual black coffee: cereal, ground and soluble. Consider the pros and cons of every possible choice.

Grain green coffee

All lovers of the most natural options, as a rule, choose the grain coffee. Of course, this option will be much fresh, much more useful than others. In addition, it probably will not have any impurities, whereas in ground and especially soluble coffee, an unscrupulous manufacturer can mix various chemical ingredients. Using such a product, you know for sure that you are drinking coffee, and not a mixture of various components, often not related to coffee. The minus of this product is only one: each time you need to grind it. Unlike roasted coffee beans, green coffee retains some moisture and elasticity, making it difficult to turn it into powder. Some use a meat grinder for this, since an ordinary coffee grinder does not always cope with it.

Ground green coffee

Unlike grain coffee, cooking it is much easier, because you leave on the conscience of producers the most difficult step - grinding. To cook this coffee is as simple as usual, but you can not be sure of the purity of its composition.

Instant green coffee

Soluble green coffee , like black, is hard to find in good quality. Often, online stores under the guise of instant green coffee send customers ordinary, not different in taste and smell from the usual option. This suggests that either dyes and flavors have been added to the coffee, or there is fraud and substitution of the product for a cheaper one.

Of course, only the first two options are worth choosing. It is very difficult to count on the purchase of quality soluble coffee, and, moreover, its effectiveness has not yet been proven.
