Beef liver is washed, dried, cut into small pieces and passed through a meat grinder along with pre-cleaned, chopped and fried on refined oil onion and fresh garlic. In the received weight pour semolina, salt, ground black pepper and spices and mix well. Leave the obtained base for the liver cutlets for infusion at room temperature for thirty minutes.

After that, we pour bread crumbs into a bowl, overlay a tablespoon gradually with minced meat, roll it well, giving the cutlets a beautiful shape and then place them in a frying pan with heated refined oil. We brown the products from both sides on the fire just below the average, and then we extract it on a plate and can serve.

Oat flakes of instant cooking are poured with milk and let it brew until it swells and turns into a viscous mass.

Pork liver is washed, we get rid of large vessels and cut the flesh into small slices. We also clean the garlic, and cut the onion into several parts. Grind the prepared liver, garlic and onions, using a bowl of blender with a nozzle "Knife" or a meat grinder. Carrots are also cleaned, and then grinded over a shallow grater. Mix all the crushed ingredients in a bowl, add oatmeal, milk powder, corn flour, salt, ground black pepper and spices to your choice and mix thoroughly.

Now we heat the vegetable refined oil in a frying pan and fry the liver patties on a moderate fire as usual pancakes, applying a little of the prepared mixture with a spoon and frying it from two sides until ready and blush.

As in previous versions, grind the previously prepared liver, onion and garlic in a blender or meat grinder. Boiled rice until ready to crush together with the rest of the ingredients, or, if desired, we leave partially whole grains. In the resulting crushed mixture, drive the egg, add starch, salt, pepper and spices and mix well.

Fry liver patties traditionally, like pancakes in vegetable oil from two sides. At the end of the frying, we reduce the fire to a minimum and cover the frying pan with a lid.
