We rinse the steaks of the oily fish with running water, dry it with salt, ground with white pepper and rub it with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, peeled and squeezed garlic and finely chopped freshly rosemary spicules.

Then you can do two things: bake the steaks in foil, pre-wrap each of them and place on a baking sheet in a 180 degree oven heated and stand for thirty minutes. Or just spread the fish on a baking tray and fry at a temperature of 200 degrees to the desired color.

On readiness we spread fish steaks on napkins or a paper towel and we allow to be absorbed by excess fat. Then shift to a dish and we can serve.

Initially, we'll marinate the fish. Washed and dried fillets season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, a little olive oil, add dried or chopped fresh herbs, mix neatly and leave in the refrigerator for a while.

In the meantime, cook the peeled and sliced ​​potatoes and mushrooms until ready, combine them together in a frying pan, add currant berries, salt, pepper, desired spices and fresh parsley greens, let it sit for a few minutes, and remove from heat. Simultaneously, boil until ready to cook asparagus.

We wash the fish fillet with a napkin from the marinade and put the grill on the frying pan. We maintain for four to seven minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the piece, and served to the table with fried vegetables and asparagus.
