The mussels are the first to go into the broth, after 3-4 minutes they should be extracted from the broth, and instead of them scallops should be thrown. After 3-4 minutes, repeat the same operation and with the scallops, replacing them with a squid-cleaned squid, which will take a minute to cook.

Now all seafood can be cut and put in a salad bowl to vegetables. It only remains to fill the salad with a mixture of butter and lemon juice, and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
