How to cook pasta?

Macaroni (more precisely, pasta) or, as they say in Europe, pasta is one of the most favorite products of wheat flour, popular in many countries.

Produced by industry, pasta can have a variety of forms: in the form of shells, short cylinders, etc. Some varieties of pasta produce with the addition of vegetable juices, which gives them color. Dishes from such products not only look good on the table, but, of course, it is more useful.

Any kinds of pasta are cooked, boiling in water, used as a side dish, that is, they are served with dishes from meat, fish, seafood, mushrooms, vegetables and even fruits. In Italy, pasta is usually served as an independent dish with various sauces and gravies. Also, pasta can be used as one of the ingredients of soups.

How correctly and tasty to cook pasta on a garnish?

Usually on the packaging of high-quality pasta, it is written exactly how they should be cooked.

For all other cases, remember: any type of pasta products are welded for a time of 5 to 15 minutes. Quality pasta does not require washing, they are simply thrown to a colander or a sieve to water the glass. There are even special pots with a sieve, which is placed in boiling water pasta cooked, and then extracted at the right time.

Correctly boil any kind of pasta to the state of al dente (literally in Italian "to the teeth"). This means that the pasta is cooked for about 8 minutes approximately, just before serving.

Pasta brewed al dente, served with a main course and / or sauces (you can just put a piece of butter in a hot paste or pour olive).

Fry in a frying pan on oil finely chopped onions. Add the minced meat, mix and blend on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring with the spatula. Slightly salted and seasoned with ground spices (just enough black pepper). After turning off the fire, add crushed garlic and greens, leave under the lid. You can add a bit of natural cream or sour cream and a couple of chicken eggs for flavor and nourishment.

In haste or in field conditions, for lack of minced meat it can be replaced with canned meat, this is known to everyone and loved by many stew . It should be heated in a pan and kneaded, add greens, spices, garlic and salt.

You can serve ketchup or mayonnaise in a Flemish style (preferably home-made).
