To do this, we take the mastic quite dense, add the dye if you want something bright, well kneaded and rolled out 1 cm thick. We cut 8 narrow stripes 7 cm long.

In order to give them a form we need some kind of a round base. For example, a marker. And now the strips will be rounded around the base and glue their edges with protein or water. We will also make the core of the bow, only smaller.

Next we need 2-3 strips of 15 cm, only 0.5 cm thick. We wind them on a pen or pencil and leave it to dry for 12 hours.

Now we collect the bow, cut the edges of the loops with a corner. The ends are lubricated with water and glued together. We also collect the other loops. We glue the curls, they can hang over the sides of the cake.

To make the lace you will need a mastic slightly less dense than for the basic modeling, as well as a special rug, olive oil, sponge, and spatula.

Using a sponge, we lubricate the base with oil, but not very abundantly.

Evenly distribute the mastic on the rug, removing excess with a spatula.

The drying time of the product depends on the temperature and humidity in the room, and on the composition of the mastic. The main thing is not to dry, lace is not fragile.

To make a rose, we take mastic, rolling pin, sugar powder, round mold, toothpick, sponge, water, stick with a ball of children's plasticine (you can use the cap from the handle).
