• Throat circumference - OB;

1. Take the paper and begin to build a pattern of 1/4 of the skirt. Make a rectangle of length equal to A2 + 21cm, and a width of OB / 4 + 4cm. We mark the point Ax.
2. To make a waistline, we divide the OT by 4 and add 3cm. We postpone the result from the right side on the upper width of the rectangle. We draw a round line from this point to the point Ax.
3. Stepping back on the underside of the outer edge of 6cm, set the point. We draw a smooth line to it from the point Ax.
4. We lay the fabric so that it stretches along, and add it in half. Cut out two pieces of half skirt on the pattern made.
5. Fold the resulting halves face to each other and spend it on the sides. Carefully cut off the edges of the allowances, leaving 0.5 cm.

It will take:

• elastic fabric;
• lightning;
• sewing accessories: chalk, pins, scissors thread, sewing machine.
