As a matter of fact, the noodle is a casserole made from pasta, that is, noodles, vermicelli or other similar pasta.

Latschevnik with cottage cheese and egg - recipe
Ingredients:
- pasta ready (ie remnants of welded pasta, better than small ones) - approximately 2 portions;
- cottage cheese - 150-200 g;
- cream or sour cream - about 80 ml;
- eggs of chicken - 4 pcs .;
- greenery;
- sweet paprika;
- salt;
- a piece of butter.
Preparation
If the pasta is not sufficiently small, crush them (if they are stuck together - it's even more convenient to do it). Mix the crushed paste with eggs, cream and cottage cheese. Add the shredded greens and paprika, mix thoroughly. If one fresh sweet red pepper was accidentally rolled up in the refrigerator, you can add it to the mixture and cut it finely. You can also add a couple of spoons of wheat flour or cornstarch to the mixture to optimize the consistency. Lubricate a little with a slightly warmed-up form of butter. Fill the mixture and bake the noodles in the oven for about 25 minutes. Segment the portions and serve, you can pour the noodle with sour-garlic sauce and serve a bowl of broth.
You can cook noodles with meat, in this version, cottage cheese and sour cream is better to exclude.
Latschevnik with minced meat and egg in the oven - recipe
Ingredients:
- residues of the finished paste - about 2 servings;
- egg chicken - 3 pieces;
- minced meat - about 300 g;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- black pepper ground or a ready mix of spices;
- butter or pork lubricant.
Preparation
Pass the fried onion in a frying pan in butter to light transparency, then add minced meat and stew, stirring, until the meat color changes (about 5 minutes). If there are a few mushrooms: champignons, white or cherry, add them, cutting relatively finely. The mixture is slightly cooled.
Grind the cooked pasta and mix it quickly with a fork with eggs and onion and meat mixture. Season with spices, if necessary, add a little cornstarch. Fill this mixture with a lubricated oil and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. Served with herbs and sauces, for example, spicy tomato.
Significantly more useful will be a noodle with chopped boiled meat or seafood, and it is also good to add vegetables to the baked mixture.
Latschevnik with egg, squid, broccoli, zucchini and olives
Ingredients:
- cooked pasta - 2 portions;
- squid - 300 g;
- zucchini - 200 g;
- broccoli - 200 g;
- olives without pits - at least 5 pcs. (or better 8);
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- hard grated cheese - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- greenery.
Preparation
Squid cook (3 minutes), cool and cut into small straws. Broccoli is dismantled into small coots and blanched, that is, we pour boiling water for about 8 minutes, then drain the water. Zucchini rubbed on a large grater. Cut the olives in circles.
Mix the crushed paste with squid, eggs, grated cheese, broccoli, olives and zucchini. You can add a little flour or starch and chopped greens. Bake the noodle in oiled form for about 25 minutes. Served with garlic-lemon-mustard sauce.
