We put it on a baking tray not very tightly to each other and let it stay about thirty minutes. Approached pies neatly smeared with a mixture prepared by mixing yolks, water and a pinch of vanillin, and put in a heated to 180 degrees oven for ten to fifteen minutes.

Finished pies with liver we take out of the oven, cover with a terry towel and let them cool down a little.
