  3. The Pomp . Bend forward, slightly bend your knees and rest in them with your hands. Take a deep breath and breathe out all the air. Then hold your breath and draw your stomach as much as possible. Then sharpen it 5 times outward. Do only 20 repetitions.   4. "Plank" . The complex of exercises for a flat stomach is simply impossible to imagine without the "Plank", because it allows to pump the front wall of the abdomen.
