How to cook lobio from red beans?
Ingredients:
- red bean - 600 g;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- pepper red spicy - 0.5 pod;
- walnut kernels - 20 g;
- onion - 2 pieces;
- spicy greens (parsley, cilantro, celery) - each 10 grams;
- spices (ucco-suneli, coriander, savory) - each with 0.5 teaspoons;
- salt - to taste;
- pomegranate juice - 3 tsp.

It is very convenient when it is possible to sort out and soak the beans, in cold water for the night. In the morning, drain off the water from it, put it into a saucepan and fill it with clean water, put it on the stove for about 1.5 hours.
Peeled garlic and hot peppers are arbitrarily cut and piled in a mortar, adding nuts and a little bit of salt. Take the pestle and push the contents of the mortar into the paste. Onion, clean and cut into half rings. All the spicy greens finely chopped with a knife.

In the finished beans (without draining the remaining liquid), we spread the onions and the pasta prepared by us, pouring and mixing with the beans. Ingredients:
- beans (canned white) - 0,5 l;
- onion - 1 piece;
- Spices (red pepper, basil, hops-suneli) - on a pinch of each;

In the saucepan, warm the lean oil and fry it on, until ready to cut on the semicircle onion. If you do not have time to cook beans, then take canned, open and spread all the contents of the can to the onions. We cut the tomato with small cubes and also send it to the saucepan. Next, add the garlic and the pinch of each of the available spices through the press. Salting lobio to taste, stir and weigh the dish on a very feeble fire 10-12 minutes. At the very end, we introduce fragrant, finely chopped greens and, after holding all the fire for a couple of minutes, we can consider the lobio ready.
