Mannick is nothing more than a simple pie, the flour in which is replaced with semolina (by the way, flour is added to some recipes to this day). Mannick can be prepared and served independently, and can be used as a cake for the cake, decorated with berries, syrup or cream. In this article, we will tell you how to make mannik with cottage cheese.

Mannick without flour with cottage cheese

Homemade kefir slightly warmed and pour them semolina. We leave the manke to swell for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, you can whip the cottage cheese with eggs and sugar (not a drop of vanilla essence, or a teaspoon of vanilla sugar). In the resulting homogeneous mass of cottage cheese and eggs, add the baking powder, stir and place the swollen semolina.

Mix the dough with a spoon until uniform and pour into a baking dish with a size of approximately 20x20 cm. Pre-lubricate the form with oil and sprinkle with semolina.

We bake mannik on kefir with cottage cheese 45 minutes at 180 degrees. You can sprinkle the prepared dish with powdered sugar, pour on jam, or decorate with whipped cream.

If you want to make mannik with cottage cheese in a multivark, then pour the dough into the greased bowl of the device and set the "Baking" mode to 60 minutes.

Mannick with cottage cheese and sour cream

Manniki on sour cream are obtained by themselves gentle and airy. The fact is that sour cream, like kefir, contains a large amount of lactic acid, and therefore perfectly reacts with soda or baking powder for dough.

Mix semolina with sour cream and leave to swell for 20-25 minutes. While the mango absorbs moisture, whisk eggs with sugar and add them to the already swollen croup. Next we send soft butter, soda and fried cottage cheese. We knead a homogeneous dough and we complement it to taste with chopped nuts, raisins, or other dried fruits.

The form for baking is lubricated with oil and sprinkled with flour or semolina. Fill the dough into a mold and put it in a preheated oven for 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. After the expiration of the time, the mannik should be cooled and only then fed to the table.

Mannick with cottage cheese on milk

Pour munk with slightly warm milk and leave to swell. After a couple of hours, we mix the mixture with vanilla essence, sugar and soft butter. Cottage cheese grinded through a sieve separately and mixed with sour cream, the resulting mixture is added to all the other ingredients of the dough. We pour the homogeneous dough into the prepared baking dish and put it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. After 30-35 minutes, when the top of our semolina cake becomes golden brown, it can be removed from the oven and left to cool in the heat.

If you want to slightly diversify the pie, then prepare the mannik with cottage cheese and apples. It is elementary simply: cut the apples into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice, add them to the ready-made dough and mix everything. Bake mannik at the same temperature, and served with sour cream, custard or protein cream, as well as powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
