However, the brain and heart require a certain amount of carbohydrates (i.e., sweet) for normal work, so sometimes you can pamper yourself and the home and bake some buns, they can be served well in the morning for tea or coffee or with a warm compote. Even you sometimes need to include in the menu buns, well, for example, on weekends or holidays. A simple recipe for buns
Ingredients:

- whole wheat flour - about 300 g;
- butter natural - about 30 g;
- yeast - 8 g fresh (or 3 g dry);
- milk of medium fat content - about 50 ml;

- soda food - 1 pinch.

- cocoa powder - 2 parts;

Preparation
