Using a knife, cut into small pieces and fold it into enameled dishes. The smaller you cut, the faster the fire, and the more delicious it will turn out.
  2. Add the chicken egg to the meat and mix. To taste: salt, pepper, spices. After this, pour the flour or starch onto the contents (you need to use a sieve for this). 200 g of dry ingredient will need 1 kg of meat. Then mix everything well and make sure that there are no lumps.
  3. Remove the onions from the husk, cut into small cubes. On the slices, disassemble the garlic and grate each on a large grater. If desired, you can cut into small cubes.
