Chicken fillet wash and cut into small pieces. Then put the meat in a deep bowl. Eggs beat with starch and mayonnaise, then pour into the chicken fillet. Mix well and add crushed garlic and finely chopped onions. Add salt, pepper and curry. Cover the dishes with meat with food film or lid and leave for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. In a hot frying pan with oil, pour over a tablespoon of chopped mince. Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes on each side, under a closed lid. Cutlets should turn out golden in color.

Rinse the meat well, dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Cut the onions into small pieces as well. Cheese grate on a large grater. In a deep bowl, stir meat, cheese, onions and crushed garlic. Add kefir, starch, herbs, pepper and salt. Mix everything well. Leave the forcemeat in the refrigerator for half an hour, so that the meat pieces are well-minted. From the prepared forcemeat form small cutlets and fry on medium heat from both sides until fully prepared.

Chicken fillet should be washed, chopped into small pieces, salt and pepper. Cut onion and fry in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil until clear. Mushrooms rinse and finely chop. Add to the onion and sauté with sugar for about 5 minutes. With bread cut the crust and mix with cream and egg. Whip the bread mixture in a blender until smooth. Add the nutmeg and basil, then whisk again. In a deep bowl, mix chicken, fried mushrooms with onion, bread and cream mixture and wine. From minced meat, form cutlets of round shape and fry from all sides in oil.

Mincemeat for chicken cutlets from a breast is better not to scroll through a meat grinder, because then your cutlets will be more delicate, but they will not turn out so delicious. Despite the fact that in appearance and composition these cutlets look like a quick cheap dish, they will be good for a simple dinner and for a festive table.
