- fresh tomatoes - 340 g;

- dry fragrant Italian herbs (mix) - 1 pinch.
Preparation
On how successful you make a pizza dough, the final result depends and the overall impression of your favorite snack. To make it right, we must sift the flour and mix it with salt.
In a separate dish, we dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water, add the resulting mixture together with the olive oil into the flour and make the mixture. The dough should turn out first viscous and quite a bit sticky. We spread it now on the flour-dusted table and achieve an elastic, soft and elastic texture of it. We place the dough in a bowl and have in the heat for thirty or forty minutes to come.
After the approach, we roll the dough to a thickness of approximately five millimeters, and place the layer on a baking tray. We send the workpiece for ten minutes to the oven heated to 215 degrees. After a time, distribute a bit of baked dough on the surface and peeled tomatoes, lay out thin slices of mozzarella, season the surface of the pizza with dried Italian herbs and pour it with olive oil, pre-mixing it with peeled and missed garlic cloves, salt and pepper.

- dry yeast - 10 g;
- filtered water - 185 ml;
- salt - a pinch;
For filling:
- ham - 215 g;
- Bulgarian sweet pepper - 80 g;
- fresh tomatoes - 215 g;
- mozzarella - 140 g;
- fresh basil (leaves) - 7-9 pieces;
- garlic teeth - 3-4 pcs .;
- tomato sauce or ketchup - 80 g;
- Parmesan grated - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 40 ml;
- salt and spices - a pinch.
Preparation
In this case, we will prepare a dough with dry yeast. For this, according to the instructions, mix them with sifted flour or warm water, then add salt, olive oil or sunflower without flavor and knead all carefully for ten minutes.
