In the remainder of the milk, we dissolve the starch and add the beaten egg yolk. Then, with a thin trickle, pour the milk with starch into a mixture of milk and gelatin. On low heat cook 2-3 minutes, often stirring.

Ready pudding is laid out on the forms, covered with food film and left for 2 hours in the refrigerator. We serve, sprinkle with coconut shavings, chocolate or nuts, lightly sprinkle cocoa.

Milk pudding in the multivark

Cream pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil on low heat. Add the butter, gradually sprinkle semolina, often stirring. We bring the contents of the pan to a boil and add cocoa, honey, 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar and chocolate, mix, bring to a boil and turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit.

Beat the egg mixer, adding 8 tbsp. spoons of sugar. Plums we cut in half, we take out stones and we spread in a bowl, we fall asleep 2 items. tablespoons of sugar. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees and put the container with rice there, bake for 40 minutes, and mix it twice during the baking time. We take the form from the oven and check if the rice is ready, then set the pan aside, let it cool down a little. Separate yolks from proteins. Add them to the rice and mix. In the protein, add a few drops of lemon juice and whisk to the foam. Whip the whites into the rest of the cooled down mass. We put everything in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Served portionwise, lightly sprinkled with cinnamon with jam or fruit sauce.

Milk chocolate pudding

Mix in a saucepan sugar, starch, cocoa, a little salt, pour in milk and cream. Bring to a boil on low heat, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it together with vanilla into the welded mixture, mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. We lay out the shapes and put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours, covered with foil on top. We serve chocolate pudding with whipped cream .
