The reason is simple: the accessibility and unobtrusive milk taste of this ingredient is liked by everyone. That's why we decided to devote the recipes to how to make a cake.
Cake "Curd Wonder" - recipe
Ingredients:
For cream:
- yoghurt - 50 g;
- curd cheese - 260 g;
- powdered sugar - 45 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- lemon juice - 15 ml.
For biscuit:
- flour - 240 g;
- baking powder - 6 g;
- food soda - 4 g;
- vegetable oil - 120 ml;
- granulated sugar - 130 g;
- egg - 1 piece;
- yogurt - 124 ml;
- peel 1 lemon.
For crumbs:
- flour - 80 g;
- sugar - 30 g;
- butter - 30 g.
Preparation
We start cooking with the preparation of everything necessary: 20 cm of mold and oven, the temperature of which should reach 180 ° C.
For cream, whip cream cheese with yogurt and sugar, add egg and lemon juice to the mixture. As soon as the cream gets a smooth consistency and becomes airy - it's ready.
For a biscuit base, we first sift dry ingredients, and then separately beat the butter with eggs, yogurt and sugar. Pour in the liquid to the dry mixture and add the zest. Gently knead the dough with a spoon or silicone spatula, carefully making sure not to exceed the mixing time and stop just at the moment when all the ingredients are combined.
We pour the base into the mold, we spread the curd cream over the top and put everything in the oven for 45 minutes.
We rub sugar with butter and flour into a crumb and sprinkle it with curd-yoghurt cake in the middle of the cooking.
Cottage cheese cake is made in the multivarquet according to this recipe. Repeat all the above procedures, and after putting the test and cream in the bowl, set "Baking" for 50 minutes.
Delicate chocolate-cottage cheese cake
This serving dessert is convenient to serve at receptions or parties, without worrying about slicing and serving a full-sized cake.

- cottage cheese - 310 g;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- powdered sugar - 240 g;
- cocoa powder 50 g;
- flour - 45 g;
- instant coffee - 10 g;
- chocolate cookies - 9 pcs.
Preparation
After heating the oven to 135 ° C carefully lubricate the cake molds with oil, and cover their bottom with a circle of parchment. Through a sieve we rub cottage cheese and beat it with eggs sifted with flour with powdered sugar and a mixture of cocoa and coffee. For flavor in dessert, you can add about a teaspoon of vanilla extract or seeds from a pod of one vanilla bean. Smooth creamy mass is divided between all the blurred molds, and on top we place one chocolate biscuit - it will become a crisp base of our dessert. We put the baking tray with the portioned cakes in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, after which we take out and cool the treat first at room temperature, and then in the refrigerator for one and a half hours.
To serve the curd cake, just turn it over the dish and decorate with whipped cream.
Cheesecake-cake without baking
Curd cakes with fruits that do not require cooking in the oven - a real salvation for any mistress. The basis of them is the same, and as a supplement you can add any berries and fruits that you want.
Ingredients:
For the basis:
- gelatin - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- milk - 200 ml;
- a crumb of chocolate chip cookies - 1 1/2 tbsp.
For the curd layer:
- gelatin - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- water 120 ml;
- curd cheese - 240 ml;
- sour cream - 110 g;
- sugar - 90 g;
- vanilla.
For the jelly layer:
- fruit or berry jelly - 90 g;
- water 240 ml;
- fruit or berries to taste.
Preparation
The preparation of our cheese cake with jelly begins with a base. Dissolve the gelatin package in warm milk and add the crumbs from the biscuits. Stirring the ingredients thoroughly, pour the mixture into the mold and leave it in the refrigerator. Dissolve gelatin in water and pour into a mixture of cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Pour over the base. When this layer will solidify, cover it with fruits and pour the pieces of fruit jelly. We put the curd-fruit cake in the fridge for the last time, so that it finally freezes.
