Park de Ville is the largest park in the city ​​of Luxembourg , and its area is about 20 hectares. It was created in 1867 on the place where the fortress used to exist. The fortress was dismantled, and the park from the very beginning of its existence became a popular place for recreation among the townspeople. Tourists come to see it. The park has created many tracks for cyclists and there are special places for those who like to skate or roller skate. A Monterey Avenue divides the vast territory of the park into two halves of approximately the same size.
