Beef ribs pour 4 liters of water and put on fire for 30-40 minutes. While our aromatic broth is brewing, let's take care of the remaining ingredients: we peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, cut the onions and carrots, and cut the bacon into strips. Peas washed and if necessary soak.

From the finished broth we take the ribs and separate the meat from the bones. Return the meat together with the peas in a saucepan and cook for 30 minutes, not forgetting to remove the formed foam.

Fry the bacon in a frying pan with onions and carrots until the vegetables are completely softened, then add the roast in the pot with the potatoes and cook until the latter is ready.

We boil the potatoes until soft. Pour broth into a saucepan and put peas in it. Cook peas 40 minutes, periodically removing the resulting foam. As soon as the peas become soft, it can be added to the dressing with bacon, as well as additional meat ingredients, for example, smoked sausages, or boiled beef.

Boiled potatoes are kneaded in mashed potatoes and added to the soup at the very end of the preparation, in order to make the broth more dense.
