Cookies "Rosochki"

In culinary notebooks of our mothers and grandmothers, you can find many interesting recipes. After all, previously there was not a sale of such a number of ready-made confectionery products. So they tried to make their own cake, pie or cookies on their own to please their family. Below we will tell you the recipes for the preparation of cookies "Roses". These are just the recipes of those times - the recipes of cookies of our childhood.

Cottage cheese cookies "Rosochki"

Ingredients:

Preparation

For the dough mix cottage cheese with 2 glasses of flour, add yolks, butter, soda and mix well. The resulting dough is covered with a film and put away for half an hour in the refrigerator. In parallel, turn on the oven and heat it up to 180 degrees. Now in the proteins, pour sugar, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer until the mixture becomes thick and white. This will take about 10 minutes.

We cover the baking tray with baking paper and smear it with butter. Dough we take out their refrigerator, divide it into 3 equal parts. From one of them we roll the sausage, and then roll it out so that a rectangle comes out. The thickness of the test bed should be about 5 mm. From above we put the prepared protein cream not too thick layer. About 2 cm along the entire perimeter of the reservoir is left untreated. Carefully roll the roll from the dough. We cut it into slices about 15 mm wide. In the process of cutting, the cream will be slightly squeezed out, this is not terrible. We lay our billets on a baking sheet at a distance of 2 cm from each other. When placing blanks, they can be slightly deformed. But in the process of baking all these defects will disappear. At 180 degrees minutes through 15 our "Rosochka" biscuits with protein cream will turn brown, which means that it is ready!

Cookies "Rosettes" with apples

Ingredients:

Preparation

Cut the apples in half, remove the core and thinly cut them into half rings. In a large pan pour a glass of water, give it a boil and pour sugar. We mix it and bring it back to the boil. In the boiling syrup we put sliced apples and cook them for about 2 minutes. It is important that apples become soft, but they do not lose shape. After that, we remove the noise from the syrup and put them on the plate to cool. While they cool down, roll out the puff pastry, and then divide it into 2 parts. Each of the pieces along the cut into slices about 3 cm wide, we spread the apples on the edge of each of the strips overlapping. After that we twist the strip into a small roll. We put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, 3-4 cm apart. We send them to the oven heated to 220 degrees for 20 minutes. Ready cookies let it cool down a bit, and then we rub out sugar powder or cinnamon. Have a nice tea.
