To prepare this dessert, we need large solid pears. You can even take a slightly undersized. Take a saucepan or pot, which would fit all the fruit. Pears pre-clean the peel and a special knife we ​​clean the core with seeds. In the container, in which we will prepare a dessert, pour the wine, add sugar and spices. The vanilla pod must be opened, the seeds removed and added together with the pod into the wine. In the pan we put pears, they should be completely covered with wine, put it on the fire, bring it to a boil and boil it for 25-30 minutes. Ready pear should be soft, you can check the readiness by punching it with a toothpick. Now the fruit can be removed from the wine, cool and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and the remaining wine must be boiled until thick. This will be the sauce for our pears. We serve pears, watering them with wine sauce. If desired, you can add ice cream, whipped cream.

Pears with Mascarpone in red wine

In the pot, pour the wine, add spices, grated orange peel, slices of lemon, honey. We heat the wine, but do not need to boil it. Cover the lid, and we are engaged in the preparation of pears. They need to be cleaned, cut the bottom and take out the core. We lower the pears into wine and simmer on a slow fire for 25 minutes. We prepare the filling: whip cream with sugar powder and cheese in a blender. Pears are taken out of the pan, and the wine is boiled to a density. Fruit stuffed with cheese mixture. Ready pears pour the sauce and sprinkle with crushed nuts. We serve the table chilled.
