How to cook pizza with salami? We sift the flour on a table with a slide, mix it with a mango and salt. Make a groove, pour a little warm water. Add yeast and olive oil. With a fork carefully begin to knead the dough, gradually pouring water. Well beat off and mix the mass. It should be soft and elastic. We roll the dough into a bowl, send it to the pan. Cover with a wet towel, and leave for an hour and a half in a warm place. After the dough is suitable, we knead it and let it rise again.

For the sauce we scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel from them and grind them through a sieve. In the saucepan we heat the oil, add finely chopped garlic and rosemary. After 2 minutes, throw the crushed basil, and a couple of minutes later - tomato puree. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes over medium heat. After we cover and cover for 10 minutes on a slow fire. We remove from the plate. The sauce is ready.

The dough is rolled into a layer half a centimeter thick. We spread it on the baking sheet covered with parchment. Smeared with cooled sauce, leaving clean wide edges, for a crispy crust. Evenly lay out the filling: circles salami, halves of olives, thin plates of mushrooms, cubes of mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Keep longer pizza is not worth it, the dough is dry and will be hard.
