Pour the instant gelatin into a small bowl and pour it in cold water for 35 minutes. Go for berries, having got rid of various garbage, pour into a colander or strainer and rinse thoroughly. Next, cover the berries with boiling water, cover well and carefully squeeze out the juice.

Sprinkle the berry cake with boiling water, boil and strain again. Then add the swollen gelatin.

Sprinkle the berry broth again on a stove, pour in gelatin and sugar and, stirring constantly to maximally heat the mass, do not boil. Wait until it cools, pour in the previously squeezed juice, stir. Distribute the jelly along a sterile container, close and dispense into the cold. After 2 hours, lower the jar in hot water for a few seconds, remove it, dry it dry and store it in the room.

Pass the berries through a meat grinder and squeeze the juice through the cheesecloth. Mix it with sugar and leave for 15 minutes to allow sugar to dissolve.

Gelatin must be filled with warm water. When it is dispersed, heat it on low heat, not allowing a boil. Once the gelatin is barely warm, add it to the berry juice, stir and send to the cold to freeze.

Jelly from berry puree with gelatin

Rinse well the washed berries in a saucepan and pour 250 ml of water. Put the berries to cook on medium heat, covering the container with a lid. Now, the ready berry solution needs to be mixed with honey.

A third of the berry mixture is needed to dissolve the gelatin. Then mix both parts of the future jelly, mix thoroughly, so that the gelatin solution is evenly distributed. Now bring this mass to a volume of 500 ml. Pour the resulting solution into your favorite molds until the dessert has solidified in the refrigerator. This will take at least two hours.
