Ingredients:
- pumpkin - 300 g;
- Butter - 2 tbsp. l .;
- raisins - 70 g;
- cinnamon - 1 tsp;
- cottage cheese - 450 g;
- egg of chicken - 1 piece;
- sugar - 3 tbsp. l .;
- salt - a pinch;
- flour - 5 tbsp. l .;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- sour cream - to taste.
Preparation
We melted the butter in a frying pan, use medium fire. Pumpkin washed, peeled and peeled, crushed with a small grater and sent to prepare for the stove. Leave the vegetable in a frying pan for about 5 minutes, then add the washed and peeled raisins and a spoonful of cinnamon. In a minute we remove from the fire. Now rub cottage cheese, mix it with pumpkin, sugar, salt, egg and flour. Thoroughly mix the ingredients and form the whole mass of cheese cakes. Frying pan heated, greased with vegetable oil and using a tablespoon we spread cottage cheese-pumpkin pancakes into the remaining flour, then we send roast. After it was fried from all sides, we leave the dish to cool. To the table we serve cheese cakes with sour cream or favorite jam.

Ingredients:
- milk - 2 items;
- salt - a pinch;
- sour cream - 400 g;
- cottage cheese - 0,5 kg;
- egg of chicken - 4 pcs .;
- sugar - 350 g;
- pumpkin - 1 kg;
- manga - 150 g;
- Butter - 3 tbsp. l.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In the saucepan, bring the milk to a boil, pour the mango into a thin trickle and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then rinse, peel and squeeze the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and fry them in butter for 5-7 minutes. After the ingredients have cooled, mix a pumpkin, cottage cheese, semolina porridge, 3 eggs, salt and sugar in a bowl. All carefully mix. Then in the oiled form we spread the received weight, from above we level and grease a dessert with an egg. Bake in the oven for half an hour. We serve pumpkin- curd casserole with sour cream or condensed milk.
