A delicious cold snack in the form of rolls of crab sticks will be an excellent alternative to the podnadoevshemu "Crab", especially as it looks like this dish more elegantly on the festive table.
Crab steak recipe
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 1 package (250 g);
- milk - 1/4 of the item;
- eggs - 8 pieces;
- flour - 2/3 items;
- hard cheese - 80 g;

Preparation
5 eggs beat with flour, milk and a pinch of salt, the resulting dough mixed with grated on a small grater crab sticks. We cover the baking tray with parchment, grease parchment with oil and pour omelet onto it. Put the omelet in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
The remaining eggs are boiled and mixed with grated cheese, greens and mayonnaise. The resulting mixture is spread over the cooled crab omelet and turn everything into a roll. Give the egg roll with crab sticks to cool before serving 3-4 hours.
Crab rolls with stuffing
Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 200 g;
- eggs - 5 pcs .;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- mayonnaise;
- greenery.
Preparation
Crab sticks quickly dipped in hot water, so that they can be easily deployed. Each roll is rolled into one layer and left.
Eggs boil hard-boiled, we separate the proteins from the yolks and rub separately from each other. Separately, we also rub hard cheese. Mix the cheese with squirrels, chopped greens, and mayonnaise. We distribute the resulting mass along a developed crab stick and fold it again.
The ends of the sticks are greased with mayonnaise and dipped in a grated egg yolk.
Crab lavash roll
Ingredients:
- lavash thin;
- crab sticks - 200 g;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- canned corn - 1/2 cans;
- mayonnaise;
- greenery.
Preparation
Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed. Crab sticks cut into cubes and mixed with eggs and corn.
On a sheet of thin pita, we spread the salad mixture and evenly distribute it on the surface. Fold the pita into a roll and cover with foil or foil. We put the crab roll in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, for impregnation, after which we serve, cutting into portions and not forgetting to cut off the excess from both ends of the roll.
