- Naproxen.
Also from pharmacological agents you need to use a special heating ointment. It can be Dolobien-gel, Finalgon or Apizarthron .
With a complete rupture of the ligaments of the shoulder joint, an operation should be performed. It is also indicated if the pain is very long-lasting, or in cases where athletes need a short period of time
Operative intervention can be of two types:
- Closed surgery - is performed by cutting, the tendon is sewn and stitches are applied. This is a traumatic method of treatment that requires long-term rehabilitation.
- Arthroscopic surgery - make two small incisions, one insert an arthroscope, in the other - a special surgical tool that restores the ligament. If such an operation is successful, the patient can return home the same day.
