Tomato sauce for spaghetti

Spaghetti, although it is an Italian traditional dish, but still it has long been adopted and with us. Probably, there is nothing easier than to boil more usual pasta for us and watering them generously with ketchup, to satisfy the evening hunger. And yet your dinner will be much tastier if you, having spent a little time, prepare a real sauce for spaghetti from a tomato.

How to make a sauce for spaghetti?

Ingredients:

Onion finely chop and fry in a pan in vegetable oil. When the onion becomes golden, add the chopped garlic and chopped parsley. Fry for 5 more minutes on medium heat. Wash tomatoes and water with boiling water, then peel and grind well in a blender. Add tomato puree to the frying pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. When the sauce is almost ready, add the tomato paste, pepper, salt and sugar. Reduce heat to a small one and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes. At the end, add wine to the tomato sauce. When serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Finely chop onion and fry in a frying pan in olive oil. Add the garlic and fry for another 5 minutes until the onion is soft. Tomatoes are taken from the jar, peeled off and well to a mash, then add to the pan to the onions and pour the remaining juice in the jar there. When the tomato sauce starts to boil strongly, add the spices, salt, pepper, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and leave it to stew for 10 minutes until it is ready.

Sauce from tomato paste

Sometimes I want to make a delicious sauce for spaghetti, but as luck would have it there is nothing in the fridge except tomato paste. Do not be upset. You can prepare a tomato sauce for spaghetti and simple pasta. It turns out not less tasty, and thus becomes quickly enough.

Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add sugar, boiled garlic, pepper and bay leaves to the boiling water. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes. Then pull out the bay leaf and add the tomato paste, stirring constantly. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.

This sauce you can use not only for spaghetti, but for other dishes. And most importantly, if it is poured into a jar, it can be stored in a refrigerator, if necessary, by taking it out and warming it up.

Fast spaghetti with tomato sauce

Spaghetti cook until cooked. Garlic and white onions finely chop, and fry in olive oil. Salt and fry for about a minute. Tomatoes peel and cut into cubes, then add to the frying pan. Stew on medium heat for about 5 minutes. When the sauce is ready, cut the remaining part of the green onion, add to the frying pan. There also lay out ready-made spaghetti. Stir well and place on plates.
