Soup with minced meatballs

Peeled and sliced ​​carrots and potatoes, cook in a saucepan with a gentle boil in 1-1.5 liters of water for 15 minutes after boiling (the noise is removed). We cut the sweet pepper with short straws and also cast into a saucepan.

In the mince we add spices and finely chopped dill, slightly salted. Mix the forcemeat carefully and with wet hands, form-roll the meatballs with a diameter of about 2.5-3 cm. Gently lay the meatballs into the boiling soup. The number of meatballs is calculated - by the number of portions. You can add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste . We wait for a second boil (noise, of course, we shoot). Cook all together for another 5-8 minutes, turn off the fire and cover the soup with a lid, let it stew for 10-20 minutes.

We pour soup on plates, in each place the necessary quantity of meatballs. Season the soup with black pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.

It should be noted that instead of potatoes (or with it) in soup with meatballs, you can add rice or buckwheat, young beans, green peas, zucchini, broccoli or white cabbage. If you want the dish to be strictly dietary, cook minced meat from the chicken breast only.

If you make minced yourself, pass the peeled bulb through the meat grinder along with the meat (if mincemeat is ready, grind the bulb in the blender and add). Also in minced meat, add dry ground spices, add a little and mix thoroughly. You can add egg and cooked rice to mince, but this is not necessary. If the stuffing is too watery, you can add a little wheat flour.

Next, we form small cutlets with wet hands. They can be fried in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown and slightly fried over low heat under the lid. You can cook cutlets for a couple (cooking time about 20 minutes). You can also bake cutlets in oiled or greasy refractory form (glass, ceramic, metal). Of course, baking and steaming is preferable to roasting.
