In this article, we have collected for you the recipes for salads, the basis of which will serve, which has become already classic, a combination of mushrooms and ham. Fast and budget salads can be prepared for a simple everyday meal, or as one of the options for snacks on the festive table.
Salad with ham, cheese, mushrooms and egg
Ingredients:
For salad:
- string beans - 200 g;
- cheese "Gruyer" - 115 g;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- smoked ham - 85 g;
- cherry tomatoes - 125 g;
- mushrooms - 225 g;
- watercress - 85 g;
- spinach - 45 g;
- arugula - 45 g;
- green onions - 3-4 feathers.
For refueling:
- vegetable oil - 3 tsp.
- juice and lemon peel 1;
- honey - 2 tsp;
- salt.
Preparation
Mushrooms cut into plates and quickly fry on the grill. The beans are blanched in salted water, and the eggs are boiled "in a bag". Tomatoes cut in half, and ham cut straw. Mix all the prepared ingredients (except eggs) with greens.
We prepare a dressing from vegetable oil, lemon juice, a small amount of honey and salt. Fill the salad and mix it with your hands. On top, put half the boiled eggs and sprinkle all the cheese "Gruyer". Salad with ham, mushrooms and cheese is served to the table immediately after cooking.
Pasta salad with ham, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese
Ingredients:
- Pasta (bows, spirals, shells) - 375 g;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- ham - 150 g;
- mushrooms - 200 g;
- tomatoes - 3-4 pieces;
- sour cream - for refueling;
- grated "Parmesan" - 60 g;
- parsley;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Paste the pasta until cooked. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil, quickly fry the garlic on it and spread the chopped mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms until the moisture evaporates completely, not forgetting to season to taste.
Ham cut into strips. Chop the parsley. Mix the greens and ham, with freshly brewed pasta and mushrooms. We fill the salad with sour cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with grated "Parmesan". Salad with ham, mushrooms and tomatoes is ready!
Salad with chicken, ham and pickled mushrooms
Ingredients:
- boiled chicken (fillet) - 125 g;
- ham - 125 g;
- pickled mushrooms - 200 g;
- green onions - 1 bunch;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- lettuce - 1 pc.
For refueling:
- white wine vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt - 1/2 tsp;
- sugar - 1/2 tsp;
- olive oil - 1/2 tbsp.
Preparation
The boiled chicken is disassembled with fibers using a fork. The ham and tomatoes are cut into cubes. Eggs boil hard and also cut into large pieces. Cut the salad into thick strips. Mix all the prepared ingredients in the salad bowl together with the mushrooms.
For filling with a whisk, beat up the olive oil with vinegar, mustard , sugar and salt. We fill the salad and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Salad with mushrooms, ham and beans
Ingredients:
- green beans - 250 g;
- canned beans - 425 g;
- "Feta" - 100 g;
- ham - 150 g;
- pickled mushrooms - 200 g;
- tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- onions - 1/2 pieces;
- mustard sauce - 1/2 tbsp .;
- lettuce - 1 head.
Preparation
Blanch beans blanched in salted water. Ham and tomatoes are cut into cubes, mushrooms - plates. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl with lettuce leaves, onion rings and canned beans. We fill with mustard sauce and sprinkle with Feta.
Salad with ham, mushrooms and cheese, in cucumber cups
Ingredients:
- ham - 130 g;
- chili pepper - 1 pc .;
- parsley;
- mushrooms - 200 g;
- grated cheese - 60 g;
- mayonnaise;
- cucumber - 3-4 pieces.
Preparation
Ham cut into cubes and put in a bowl blender, along with peeled chilli, fried mushrooms, greens and grated cheese. Whisk everything to uniformity and fill the resulting mass with mayonnaise. Cucumber cut into large pieces across. In each piece with a spoon, remove the seeds and part of the pulp, without damaging the bottom. We fill the resulting cups with a salad and sprinkle with the remains of greenery. Salad with mushrooms, ham and cucumber should be completely cooled before serving.
