March 8, like a usual holiday, but for some reason it is on this holiday that I want to make such a menu, so that the dishes in it were delicious and spring-like in light. And of course, a considerable part of the festive table will be occupied by salads, so let's talk about their prescriptions by March 8.

"Devichnik" salad

It remains to prepare a gas station. To do this, take 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the juice of half a lemon, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, salt and pepper to taste. The resulting mixture is a salad dressing, stirring and letting it take 10 minutes.

Raspberry salad

There are a lot of recipes for salads with beets and garlic, but this special tenderness is given by grated cheese, by March 8, what is needed is tender and sharp.

We rub boiled beets on a small grater, salt and mix with 2 cloves of pressed garlic. The mixture is filled with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Cheese is also three on a grater and mixed with the remaining mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Spread the salad layers, alternating cheese and beets. It is better to do this immediately before serving, if the salad is standing, then the beetroot will color the cheese, and the salad will cease to be striped.

"Magnolia" salad

Cucumber and meat cut into small cubes and put on leaves of lettuce. These are the layers - lettuce, meat, cucumbers. From above lightly greased with mayonnaise. In the middle of the dish (for meat with cucumbers) put a glass. Pearl bar is poured with a small slide around the glass, slightly priming it, so that the salad does not fall apart. Carrots three on a fine grater, mixed with crushed garlic, mayonnaise and 1/3 teaspoon of salt. The glass is carefully taken out, and in its place we spread the carrots.
