Salmon baked in foil

Salmonids such as salmon, chum salmon, pink salmon, trout and others are a valuable delicacy and a product very useful for human nutrition. Of course, salmon must be cooked delicately: salt, marinate, steamed or broth, or baked.

We gut the fish, remove the gills, cleanse the scales. You can cut off the head and put it on your ear . It is possible to make on barrels a shallow transverse or diagonal incisions with an infrequent step. From the side of the abdomen and from the barrels slightly prisalivayem fish and rub it with spices. In the abdomen, we lay slices of lemon and twigs of greens. Cut out pieces of foil of the right size and grease them with creamy melted butter or sprinkle with lemon juice. We spread out rarely on the foil twigs of greenery, we spread the prepared salmon from above and pack it. You can pack twice for reliability (so it must be done if you are going to bake fish on a grate or in hot coals in the open air).

Packed salmon spread on the grill or on the baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes (orientate to the size of the fish).

Salmon steaks baked in foil

Steaks or pieces of salmon fillet, baked in foil, cook almost the same (see above). The same auxiliary ingredients will be needed.

Preparation

Steaks or fillets (in the form of whole pieces from the barrels or in the form of large portions) are slightly salted, rubbed with spices, sprinkled with lemon juice and packed into foil each separately. Stacks of medium thickness will be baked for about 20-25 minutes. The fillet is baked for 15-20 minutes.

Serve baked salmon with rice or rice noodles, young green beans, potatoes. It is also good to serve fresh cucumbers and spicy sauces, for example, lemon-garlic with red hot pepper, or sauces based on light wines. Salmon can be served with pink or white wine, vodka, bitter or berry tincture, gin with juices of sour fruit.
