When the opara (and this we were preparing it) came up, we pour it into a working bowl, add the rest of the flour in the right amount, as well as vodka and egg. Thoroughly mix, you can lightly beat with a mixer or whisk by hand.

We heat the frying pan (preferably special pancakes with low sides), the fire is medium-weak. Putting a piece of fat on the fork, grease the bottom. If using oil, it is convenient to lubricate with a silicone brush. Pour out a portion of the dough. After 1-3 minutes, turn the pancake.

Ready pancakes are piled on a serving dish.
