Sandwich with chicken and cheese - recipe

In the framework of this sandwich, chicken is mixed with barbecue sauce, but any favorite sauces for a sandwich with chicken can be a substitute for it: from simple mayonnaise to tartar, ketchup or Caesar dressing.

For this sandwich, it is better to take noticeably more fatty and juicy red meat, which is previously prepared in any convenient way: fry, boil or bake. After cooling, the chicken is broken up into fibers, mixed with the selected sauce and proceeds to assemble the sandwich. Lay out a slice of cheese on one of the bread slices, distribute the chicken on top, then add more cheese and cover everything with a second slice of bread. Lubricate both surfaces of the sandwich with oil and fry on the grill.

Sandwich with smoked chicken

Lubricate two pieces of bread with mayonnaise, and cover the rest with a layer of grain mustard. Divide the chicken into thin plates. Lay a pillow of washed and dried arugula, put chicken on top, followed by tomatoes and avocado. Cover everything with a second half of toast bread.

Lay the cheese, ham, chicken, tomatoes, greens and bacon, and still one slice of bread. The resulting sandwich is browned on the grill, waiting for the melting of the cheese. For convenience of eating, pre-fix the halves of the sandwich with toothpicks, and only then cut and serve it.
