There, too, put crushed green dill, garlic, salt and pepper passed through the press. Thoroughly mix everything. With wet hands, we collect a bit of minced meat and form cutlets.

We drop them in bread crumbs and put them in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil. Fry minutes 3 on one side, then gently turn over and fry for another minute. 3. Soak the loaf in warm milk. As soon as it softens, squeeze it and crush it with a blender. The resulting mass is mixed with minced meat. Then add the chopped onions, salt, spices to taste and mix. Masses need to be kneaded very well, even slightly repulsed.

Wet your hands in the water and proceed to the formation of cutlets. In a frying pan, warm the vegetable oil well and fry the cutlets in it from both sides to a crusty crust. Fold them in a saucepan, pour about 100 ml of boiling water, top with water from a frying pan, cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes under a closed lid on a small fire.
