Ingredients:
- ready pork broth - 2 liters;
- peas chipped - 190 g;
- potato tubers - 340 g;

- carrots - 80 g;

- pea of black pepper - 5 pcs .;
- refined oil without flavor - 35 ml;
- laurel leaves - 2 pieces;
- smoked products - 75 g;
- salt cooked to taste;
- black ground pepper - to taste;
- fresh greens .
Preparation
Peas for soup better to soak in the water from the evening, after thoroughly washing it. Swell up the peas once more and lay in boiling pork broth. - pea of black pepper - 5 pcs .;
- refined oil without flavor - 35 ml;
- laurel leaves - 2 pcs .;
- salt cooked to taste;
- black ground pepper - to taste;
- fresh greens.
Preparation
In this case, as a semantic content of soup on the pork broth will be buckwheat, which is cooked much faster than peas and does not require additional soaking. Otherwise, the cooking process is identical to the one described above with minor changes.

- pea of black pepper - 5 pcs .;
- refined oil without flavor - 35 ml;
- laurel leaves - 2 pcs .;
- salt cooked to taste;
- black ground pepper - to taste;
- fresh greens;
For dumplings:
- chicken medium egg size - 1 pc .;
- whole milk - 45 ml;
- salt - a pinch;
- flour sifted - 160 g.
Preparation
First, prepare the basis for the dumplings. Mix the egg with milk and salt, pour in the flour and thoroughly mix the dough.
In boiling broth we put potato cubes and chopped Bulgarian pepper, lay onion fry with carrots and cook until the softness of vegetables. Now we collect half the moistened tea spoon of the previously prepared dough and put it into the soup, making out step by step dumplings. We add also peas and peppercorns to the soup. We throw salt, give the dish to boil for about five to seven minutes and can be served to the table, pouring it on a portioning plate and seasoning with greens.
