The appetizer of eggs is one of the most popular cold snacks on our table. Easy to prepare and very hearty appetizer is prepared in a variety of variations, and some of them we will tell you in this article.
Stuffed eggs
Ingredients:
- eggs of chicken - 10 pieces;
- mayonnaise - 6 tbsp. spoons;
- tender mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- turmeric - 1/2 tsp;
- salt pepper;
- fresh greens.
Preparation
Eggs boil hard boiled and cut in half. We extract the yolks and transfer them to a bowl. We grate the boiled yolks with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, mustard and turmeric until a homogeneous paste is formed. Fill cavities in the egg with egg mass and leave everything to cool in the refrigerator under the film for about an hour. Sprinkle stuffed eggs with fresh herbs before serving.
A recipe for snacks from eggs and cheese
Ingredients:
- boiled eggs - 6 pcs .;
- mayonnaise - 3/4 items;
- grated Swiss cheese - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- processed cheese - 70 g;
- grated Dutch cheese - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- grain mustard - 1/8 tsp;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Boiled eggs boiled eggs are cut in half. Take the yolk and put it in a blender along with mayonnaise, all cheeses, mustard, salt and pepper. We beat the mass to a homogeneous consistency and stuff its hollow proteins.
Appetizer with quail eggs and avocado
Ingredients:
- quail eggs - 2 dozen;
- avocados - 1 piece;
- green onions;
- 1/2 lemon juice;
- salt, paprika - to taste;
- olives.
Preparation
Eggs are boiled and extracted from them yolk. Put the yolk into a blender and whisk together with the avocado pulp. Add the lemon juice, salt and pinch paprika, again, all the whisk and spread with a confectionery syringe in egg whites. On top of the eggs put pieces of olives and sprinkle the dish with herbs.
Egg and sprat appetizer
Ingredients:
- eggs of chicken - 10 pieces;
- sprats in oil - 1 can;
- dill;
- salt pepper;
- mayonnaise - 1/3;
- garlic - 1 clove.
Preparation
From the boiled eggs we get the yolks and with the help of a blender we grind them with mayonnaise and sprats. Homogenous mass is spread out in a bowl and we savor the garlic, passed through the press, and chopped dill. If desired, yolks can also be seasoned with salt and pepper. We fill the hollow proteins with yolks with sprats and a snack from boiled eggs is ready for serving.
Cold appetizer of eggs with salmon
Ingredients:
- boiled eggs - 12 pieces;
- sour cream - 1/2 table;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- green onions;
- smoked salmon - 100 g;
- salt.
Preparation
Whisk the boiled yolks with a blender with all the other ingredients, except for onions, until uniform. The resulting mass is put into the cavity of proteins using a confectionery syringe. Sprinkle the dish with herbs.
