1. Submucosal resection. It consists in the removal of cartilage, parts of bones, opener - in general, everything that can interfere with normal nasal breathing. 3. Laser correction. This is the newest method of septoplasty. It makes it possible to correct deformations with high accuracy. At the same time, blood loss during the procedure is minimal. It is most rational to use laser septoplasty in uncomplicated cases, when the curvature is not expressed very clearly. In this case, the method will have many advantages. First, the operation is completed in a quarter of an hour. Secondly, to conduct it, you do not need to go to hospital. Thirdly, laser correction guarantees minimal traumatism.

To avoid the unpleasant consequences of surgery to correct the septum on the nose:

1. Week after the procedure you can not blow your nose.
2. Do not take Aspirin and other drugs that reduce blood clotting.
3. For a month after septoplasty, it is not recommended to wear glasses.
