To make a pie test, mix wheat flour with the rest of the dry ingredients - salt and sugar, and then grind everything into a crumb with butter . The resulting flour is collected in a coma, adding a few spoons of ice water. Ready-made dough wrapped with food film, or simply put in a cellophane bag and leave in the cold for half an hour.

The oven is heated up to 190 degrees. The detachable form (its walls and bottom) is oiled and covered with parchment (parchment should also be covered with oil).

In a small bowl, combine 60 g of butter with sugar and whole kernels of the nut. We mix everything well and distribute it on the basis of our form. Cover the nut foundation with half the rolled dough.

In a mixing bowl, mix the flour with white sugar, cinnamon and the remaining butter. Add the apple slices to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Roll out the remaining dough and cover it with a layer of apples. We connect the two layers of dough and trowel them around the edges. We cut off the dough of the dough, and in the center of the cake we make an incision for the exit of steam. We bake a cake for 1 hour.

Distribute the apples on the bottom of the prepared form, placing the halves with the skin down. Fill all caramel and cover with a layer of rolled puff pastry. Lightly turn the edges and put the cake to cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Next, a puffed pie with a turnip with apples and caramel should be extracted from the oven, cool for 5-7 minutes.

We beat 1/2 cup of butter with sugar, calvados and white-salt, distribute the oil in the form and spread on it slices of apples. In the intervals we put cinnamon sticks.

Flour sifted with baking powder and soda, add ground cinnamon. The remaining oil is whipped with white sugar, add eggs one by one, and vanilla (extract or seeds from the pod). Without stopping we add flour and sour cream, mix a thick dough and pour it over apples. We bake cake for 45 minutes.
