Noodles are kept in hot water for 10-15 minutes, until it becomes elastic, but still remains a little more elastic. It is better to be a little underdog, so to speak, to cook al dente. Then the water is drained, and the noodles are fried in a wok, with the addition of sauce and other ingredients. Ready-made Pad Thai is usually sprinkled with ground roasted peanuts.

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons tamarind paste;
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce;
- gram 50 palm sugar;
- 2-4 cloves of garlic;
- a pinch of ground red pepper (or 1 hot pepper);
