Half of the breast (naturally without bone) is washed and peeled off with a knife film, fat, veins and everything that should not be in the boiled pork. Then poultry (for it to salted and was juicy) should be held for about 3 hours in brine. So, in a suitable container, pour water and pour salt. Do not forget to mix thoroughly, so that there is not a single crystal or salt residue left on the bottom, then lower the breast there. If the meat is not completely covered, add water. Turn the meat several times during the salting season. Then, taking out the salt water, the breast should be washed and wrapped in a drying cloth.

In the meantime, cut the long garlic cloves into the shchi. Mix the remaining ingredients and mix well. For the next action, you need a long knife not more than 2 cm wide, make a deep puncture but not perpendicularly to a piece of meat, but as if along an angle and do not pull it out. Garlic moisten in a mixture of spices and oil, put it on a knife and on it push your finger deep into the breast, you can use improvised means. Thus, in each puncture, insert a few cloves of garlic. Now well marinate the marinade breast, if it's not too lazy to do it better, do more, then wrap it and leave it for 24 hours to marinate in the fridge. Upon returning from the refrigerator, remove the meat from the film and let it lie on the kitchen table for about an hour. The foil should be wrapped in quality meat, the air should not fall inside, carefully make sure that there is not a single slit on all sides. Then the next boiled pork baked in a preheated oven to 250 degrees, and immediately lower the temperature to 200 and wait for 35-40 minutes. Now unfold the foil, increase the temperature to 250 and for 10 minutes bring it to the ready.

Home-made turkey boiled pork in a multivark

Breast well rinse, get rid of fat, veins and film, if any. Dilute the salt in a liter of water, stirring well, leaving no salt residue, then pour this meat on the meat so that it covers it completely. This way the turkey is salted for about a day. After that, wash the turkey and dry it.

In order to fill the future boiled pork with garlic, slice along, and carrots with long slices of 3-4 cm. Mix the remaining ingredients and mix them very well. A knife is needed long and not wide, no more than 2 cm in width, they make a puncture along the chest, of course it will be at an angle, but the point is that carrots and garlic are, as in rolls, closer to the middle. And so without pulling the knife, dipping into the spices carrots and garlic push to the very end of the puncture. Then, already stuffed meat, chop the mixture you made and put it in the sleeve for baking, for 3-4 hours right in it and the breast is missed.

Meat in a sleeve with the perforated strip upwards put in multivarku and include a mode "Baking" for 1 hour. And 10 minutes before the final, gently cut the sleeve and turn the already almost ready boiled pork.
