Beef lasagna

Most often, for preparation of lasagna , minced meat is used from a mixture of pork and beef, and since the classic version of the dish from Bologna has long been not the only one, kitchens of chefs and housewives are increasingly flickering different options for cooking this Italian dish. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic and onions on it until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato paste, oregano, basil and fennel to the frying pan, and then put the chopped mushrooms. Stew the sauce for 4-5 minutes, then put the ground beef into it and fry it until golden. Once the stuffing is ready, pour it tomato sauce and add the tomatoes in its own juice . Bring the sauce to a boil, mashing the tomatoes with a wooden spoon. After that, we take out the fire and leave the tomatoes and forcemeat stew for 40-45 minutes.

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. Both types of cheese are mixed together with the egg. In addition to the mixture can add lemon zest and chopped parsley.

At the bottom of the baking dish, pour out a quarter of the whole sauce. On top of the sauce layer we put 3 sheets for lasagne (do not pre-bake them first). Next layer we put a mixture of cheeses and then repeat all the layers again until the sheets are finished. On top of the dish sprinkle with the remains of cheese and put in the oven for 45 minutes. On the heated oil fry chopped onions and garlic. Once the onion is ruddy, add minced meat to it and fry it to a golden color, stirring constantly. Fill the prepared minced sauce, next we add wine and sugar. Season the meat part of our lasagne with salt and pepper. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat and cover the frying pan with a lid. We continue cooking for another 40 minutes.

Before cooking lasagna from beef, the oven should be heated to 180 degrees. The form for baking is lubricated with oil and put 1/2 cup of meat sauce on the bottom. Cover the layer of sauce with lasagna sheets, then distribute a couple more spoons of tomato sauce on top and fill the dish with a quarter of the cream, then sprinkle a layer of grated cheese. Repeat the layers. Ready to lasagna sprinkle with grated parmesan and cover with foil. Bake the dish for 45 minutes, while 15 minutes before the end of cooking, remove the foil.
