We heat the oil on a water bath, cool a little and mix egg white and sugar until the latter dissolves completely. In the oil mixture, add a little vanilla extract, and then proceed to knead the dough. We sift the flour with a slide, we make a depression in it, into which we pour an oil mixture. We knead a dense short pastry, which is divided into equal-sized balls. Each ball is laid out on a greased baking sheet at a distance of 2-3 cm from each other. We bake cookies 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees, not forgetting to miss with egg yolk. As an ornament on the middle of every future cookie before baking put a nut or candied fruit.

We sink the oil and mix it with sugar, add eggs and flour to the mixture and mix a thin, but sticky dough. We pour the dough into shapes and send it to the microwave for 5 minutes at 600 degrees. We check the readiness with a toothpick. Despite the fact that the initial consistency of the dough does not much resemble the classic sand version, we assure you that as a result you will get a wonderful friable delicacy for a cup of tea or coffee.
