Now spread the dough into a mold, so that the sides are also covered in the dough. We put broccoli and mascarpone on top. Eggs whisk with cream, add salt, spices and pour the cake mixture. At a temperature of 200 degrees, bake for about half an hour. If the top before the time began to burn, then you need to cover the form with foil.

Taking this recipe as a basis, you can also prepare a pie with salmon and broccoli. Then for the filling simply mix mascarpone, salmon and broccoli. And then we cook the same way.

We make the filling: broccoli boil in salted water for about 5 minutes, chicken breast cut into small cubes, and finely chop the onions, and then fry until golden brown. Then spread the chicken to it, mix it and fry it all together for another 5 minutes, then add the broccoli and mix it.

Mix eggs with cream, salt and pepper to taste, add grated cheese and mix. The form is lubricated with oil, we put the dough into it so that the sides will turn out. We spread the prepared stuffing and fill it with a creamy-egg mixture. At a temperature of 180 degrees, bake a pie with chicken and broccoli for about 40 minutes.

Softened butter, stir with egg, then pour in water, add flour, salt and knead the dough. We wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

In the meantime, we prepare the filling: chicken fillet is cooked until ready in salted water, cooled, then finely chopped. Mushrooms cut into small pieces, and finely chopped onions and fry in vegetable oil. Add to it mushrooms and fry for about 10 minutes, and at the end of the salt to taste. We put out the boiled fillet, broccoli, mix and cook for another 10 minutes.

Now we make a pouring for the pie: lightly beat the eggs, add the cream and mix, spread the grated cheese on a fine grater, salt and nutmeg add to taste. The form for baking is lubricated with oil, we spread the dough, we make the sides of it, we spread the filling and top with a creamy mixture. In an oven heated up to 180 degrees, bake an open pie with broccoli, chicken and mushrooms for about 40 minutes.
