Buckwheat + kefir is the perfect combination of cereals and protein. Both products are involved in the natural stimulation of intestinal peristalsis. For this purpose , buckwheat contains fiber - a kind of "broom" for the body, and yogurt is rich in lacto- and bifidobacteria, which normalize the intestinal microflora and rid it of the processes of decay.

Buckwheat diet with yogurt can be used for weight loss and for recovery. The activation of the organs of the alimentary tract leads to the disappearance of dermatitis, the improvement of metabolism, the normalization of the hemoglobin level, and, of course, the loss of excess weight.
Ironically, the diet on buckwheat porridges with kefir is protein weight loss. After all, buckwheat is the most protein from cereals.
In addition to proteins, this diet will enrich your diet with vitamins B1, B6 (in buckwheat), B2 and B12 (in kefir), iodine, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, and vitamins A and P.
Menu buckwheat diet with yogurt improves the production of hemoglobin. People prone to anemia, in general, are recommended to include buckwheat in their diet as often as possible.

So, we are dealing with a fairly strict mono-diet, which, if necessary, can be weakened.
Ideally, the menu looks like this:
- buckwheat without restrictions;
- kefir 30 minutes before or after meals - per day 1 l 1% kefir;
- water - not less than 1.5 liters;
- green tea with lemon without sugar - 3-4 cups a day;
- Coffee or black tea (without sugar) - maximum 1 cup per day.
For a diet, we must cook a "special" buckwheat. Therefore, in the evening, on the eve of the first day of the diet, you need to pour buckwheat with boiling water, drain the water. Then pour again with boiling water, cover, leave for the night. In the morning your buckwheat will be ready without cooking.
Compromise
If you sit on a diet with only one soaked buckwheat in kefir unbearable (although you fill the buckwheat with kefir, you have already made yourself an indulgence), you can choose one day, during which, in addition to the two main products you yourself allow:
- dried fruits - together with buckwheat or separately;
- unsweetened fruit - apples can be added to buckwheat;
- cabbage salad;
- 1 tsp honey;
- greenery.
Honey can be used if you have mental activity, and the head because of mono-diet does not work. All the sugar will be instantly absorbed by the brain and the figure will not spoil.
If dried fruits and cabbage salad are disposable measures to improve the relationship with buckwheat, then the following foods can be permanently added:
- bow;
- garlic;
- grass;
- lemon juice.
On caloric content this will not affect, but the taste of buckwheat will certainly improve.
Poor health during a diet
Diet on raw buckwheat with kefir is, first of all, the absence of two familiar products - salt and sugar.
Deficiency of salt leads to a decrease in pressure, headache, dizziness. To tolerate this state is not worth it - you are doing your own worse. You can, as an exception, salt a little buckwheat or add a very slightly soy sauce.
Deficiency of sugar, as we have already mentioned, will affect the work of the brain. If during a buckwheat diet you have to go to work (it is better to arrange such mono diets during the holiday), to think hard and to strain the brain, allow yourself to eat a spoonful of honey a day, dividing it into several receptions. Only do not swallow honey, but dissolve in the mouth.
Contraindications
Of course, like any other mono diets, slimming on buckwheat and kefir has
- pregnant and lactating mothers are not allowed to sit on any strict diet;
- people with chronic diseases should consult a doctor beforehand;
- people with low blood pressure are not recommended to sit on "hungry" diets - due to reduced caloric intake, fainting is possible;
- buckwheat, although used for the treatment of anemia, but still those who suffer from reduced production of hemoglobin should eat a lot more calories and more diverse.
