High-protein diet

Protein products are quite nourishing. Being on a high-protein low-carb diet, you can lose weight without damaging the muscle tissue. Lots of protein contain: lean fish, meat, poultry, soy products, lentils, kidney beans , nuts, eggs, dairy and milk products.

Option menu of high protein diet

High-protein diet lasts 14 days. And the diet of the second week is similar to the diet of the first week with the exact opposite. That is, the first day of the last week will repeat the menu of the last day of the first week, and on the second day it is necessary to repeat the diet of the sixth. High-protein diet implies a plentiful drink of still gas. You can have supper no later than three hours before bedtime.

  1. For breakfast of the first day - a cup of coffee; in the afternoon - cabbage salad and hard-boiled eggs; for dinner - fish fillet, baked or boiled.
  2. The second day - coffee and croutons for breakfast; in the afternoon - fillet of baked or boiled fish; for dinner - skimmed yogurt, cucumber salad, boiled beef.
  3. For breakfast of the third day - crackers and coffee; for dinner - an apple and zucchini stew; for dinner - boiled beef, boiled egg, cabbage salad.
  4. Breakfast for the fourth day is coffee; for dinner - hard cheese, boiled carrots and soft-boiled egg; you can have supper with sweet and sour fruit.
  5. The fifth day is to start a carrot salad with lemon juice; for lunch - tomato juice, chicken fillet or fish; for dinner - sweet and sour fruit.
  6. Breakfast on the sixth day you can have coffee; for lunch - half a piece of chicken without skin; for dinner - a salad of carrots with butter, yogurt and eggs.
  7. For breakfast of the seventh day - black tea ; for dinner - cooked beef, sweet and sour fruit; for dinner - salad of cucumbers, skimmed yogurt, boiled beef.

Contraindications

High-protein diet is prescribed in the absence of propensity to thrombosis. It is not prescribed for dysbacteriosis, gout, pancreatitis and kidney disease.
