Pie with cabbage is a quick, simple and inexpensive dish that nourishes a whole family. It is not necessary to have especially developed skills to work with the test in order to realize one of our recipes, because, firstly, each of these recipes can be repeated using a purchased test, and secondly, we have a multi-working machine at hand.
The recipe for cabbage pie in the multivariate
Ingredients:
- dough filo or puff - 1 pack;
- Savoy cabbage - 250 g;
- vegetable oil - 60 ml;
- leeks - 200 g;
- fennel - 2 g;
- cumin - 4 g;
- goat cheese - 120 g;
- feta cheese - 200 g;
- dill and mint - a bunch.
Preparation
Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the device and reheat it. Passer on warmed oil sliced leeks until soft (about 5 minutes), add to it cabbage, fennel, cumin and salt. After another 5 minutes tender leaves of Savoy cabbage will have time to soften, which means that the cabbage filling can be extracted, cooled and mixed with cheeses and sliced greens.
Roll a pair of sheets of puff pastry very thinly or take dough filo. We divide the filling in half, evenly distributing it between the two layers, then roll the dough into a roll and put it into a "snail" in the multivark itself. From above you can grease the dough with a beaten egg.
Select the "Baking" mode and set the time to 1 hour, if it is not set automatically. In the middle of cooking, the pie must be turned over to the other side, so that it blushes uniformly on both sides.

Ingredients:
- head of young cabbage (medium size);
- white onion - 80 g;
- fresh herbs (dill, parsley);
- brynza - 100 g;
- flour - 160 g;
- sour cream - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - 200 g;
- eggs - 5 pcs .;
- baking powder - 6 g.
Preparation
The head of a young cabbage shreds as thin as possible with a white onion. Well season the vegetable mixture and knead it with your hands so that the cabbage let the juice. Leave the cabbage for 25-30 minutes, and squeeze the excess juice. We mix cabbage filling with crumbled cheese and chopped herbs. Whisk the sour cream and mayonnaise with eggs, add flour and baking powder. We combine the cabbage filling with the dough and mix it thoroughly. We put the mass in the oiled bowl of the multivark and turn off the "Baking" mode for the automatically set time (as a rule, it is one hour).
In the middle of the cooking, our quick cabbage cake in the multivarquet should be turned over to the other side, so that it is evenly baked and blushed.
Guided by this recipe, you can prepare and pour cabbage pie in the multivark, for this, the dough should not be mixed with cabbage filling, but poured under it and on top, dividing into equal halves. The time of preparation does not change from this.
The recipe for puffed cabbage pie in the multivark
Ingredients:
- young cabbage - 1 head;
- olive oil - 55 ml;
- red onions - 50 g;
- garlic cloves - 4 pcs .;
- fresh dill and parsley;
- eggs large - 3 pcs .;
- feta cheese - 190 g;
- puff pastry.
Preparation
Warm up the olive oil in the bowl of the device, quickly fry the chopped young cabbage with red onions until soft. As soon as the cabbage leaves soften, connect them with garlic and fresh herbs and completely cool. Mix the filling with crumbled cheese and beaten eggs.
We lubricate the bowl of the multivark oil and cover with a thin layer of rolled puff pastry. From the top, lay out the filling and cover with a second sheet of dough, patching the edges. Lubricate the top of the pie with melted butter, milk or the remains of whipped eggs.
