How to bake a pie with dried fruits? To start, we cut the main ingredients and fill it with boiling water. Next, brew strong black tea, add sugar and honey in it, stir well until complete dissolution. Lemon and orange are cleaned and chopped in a meat grinder or with a blender. The resulting citrus mixture is combined with the tea, add the dried fruits thrown to the colander and finely chopped nuts.

Here we pour a little flour, add soda, slaked with vinegar, olive oil and mix well until a homogeneous sufficiently thick state. We cover the baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough onto it. Sprinkle on top with a large-grained sugar, so that as a result we have a caramel crisp.

We put the pan in a preheated oven to 190 ° C and bake a dried fruit pie in about 45 minutes.
